First the bush fires, and now COVID-19…

 

We are continuing to work our way through some challenging and uncertain times.

Right now we are open for business.

To ensure the health and safety of our team, our customers and their families, we are making some small changes to ensure we can continue operations with minimal disruption to our customers’ businesses.

Prompt delivery of spare parts and equipment via air and road freight continues as normal. We have good stock of all regular product lines and our supply chain is so far unaffected. Please note there may be some impact to overnight air services due to the reduction of domestic flights.

On-premises visitor access is now restricted to minimise unnecessary contact. Where practical we encourage all orders to be placed via phone or email.

Additional measures are in place for safe working areas, freight drop-off/collections and increased cleaning within our offices.

As our team shifts toward working remotely you can still reach us via the normal channels.

We have plans in place to further adapt and continue operations whilst it is safe to do so.

We are all taking this day by day. As circumstances change we will continue to monitor and adhere to official health advice and government updates.
